It goes without saying, when you apply for a vacancy, send us inquiries or subscribe to our newsletter you provide some information about yourself. Visiting our website also generates some information, such as when you visited.

If you refuse to transfer your personal information overseas, your personal information will not be subject to overseas transfer. However, in this case, you may be restricted from viewing our website, communicating with us or applying for a vacancy that necessarily involves the transfer of personal information overseas.
The sharing of your data laid out in [Section 5] involves cross-border data transfers to the Republic of Korea, Japan, United States of America and other countries that may have different laws about data processing. When the purpose of processing (incl. collecting) your information has been achieved, note that when Hyperconnect destroys personal information, it takes commercially reasonable and technically feasible measures to ensure that it is not recovered or reproduced. Electronic documents or files containing personal information will be deleted using a method that can prevent its recovery or restoration. Non-electronic documents or files containing personal information will be shredded or incinerated. In cases where personal information is required to be retained beyond the retention and use period in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws, it will be stored or maintained separately from other personal information items to the extent technically possible and commercially reasonable.
Our website is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit individuals under the age of 18 on our platform.
This policy may change over time. We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to help you build meaningful connections and strive to make sure explanations of our data practices remain up-to-date. We will notify you before material changes take effect so that you have time to review the changes.
