Keep in mind, we may not be able to accommodate all requests made to us, for instance if we are unable to authenticate you or if the request is unlawful, if it may infringe on the privacy of another member or if it would prevent us from displaying our website or communicating with you. 9. How Long We Retain Your Data

When the purpose of processing (incl. collecting) your information has been achieved, note that when Hyperconnect destroys personal information, it takes commercially reasonable and technically feasible measures to ensure that it is not recovered or reproduced. Electronic documents or files containing personal information will be deleted using a method that can prevent its recovery or restoration. Non-electronic documents or files containing personal information will be shredded or incinerated. In cases where personal information is required to be retained beyond the retention and use period in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws, it will be stored or maintained separately from other personal information items to the extent technically possible and commercially reasonable.

Our website is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit individuals under the age of 18 on our platform.
