- Lead and optimize performance marketing with digital channel
- Lead content marketing (influencer, viral, etc.)
- Lead all localization activities user experience optimization, plan localized features, drive monetization.
- Work collaboratively with product management and engineering.
- Improve KPIs by analyzing user’ funnel and marketing activities.
- Experience with data analysis and marketing platforms (Excel, SQL, 3rd-party attribution, etc)
- Initiate and lead local partnerships with potential partners.
- Ability to speak and write fluent English
- Ability to travel abroad
- 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, product management, and/or data analysis.
- Native in English and fluent in Korean.
- At least 1 year experience directly managing a team.
